Le Creuset Cassadou - Cerise

A traditional design from Le Creuset archives the cassadou was inspired by Provencal hunters and the stews they would prepare from the day catch.

Now updated for the modern kitchen the enameled cast iron cassadou acts as a deep saute pan or small Dutch oven ideal for everything from frying to braising to simmering. Cast iron construction evenly distributes and retains heat while the enamel glaze resists staining and sticking.
